 Basant in Lahore is not just limited to kite Flying but Dance and music is also part of the festival.We can say to a great extent that Basant in Lahore is celebrated the most as compared to any other festival.
In other city such as Karachi Basant is conducted in some places usually which are situated outside the main city.
