“We would like to thank all partners and the visitors for making the Masala Family Festival a huge success. Let's hope the city of lights lives up to the expectations and comes back to life.” Said Sultana Siddiqui, President HUM Network Ltd.
The audiences were much enthralled by the live cooking demonstration of all Masala chefs at different times during the two-day festival, giving the crowds a chance to see their favourite chefs. The highlight of this two-day event was the interactive session of Chefs at the Publications booth of HUM Network where they signed copies of their cookbooks and took pictures with audiences.
The other main highlight of this year’s festival was the kids’ arena, for the entertainment of kids of all ages. The huge and beautifully set-up kids’ arena had wide ranging fun rides, from jumping castles to bowling alleys to the Ferris wheel, merry-go-round, and train rides to keep them occupied.
Apart from the fact that all major FMCG companies were part of the event, selling everything from household appliances, food items and crockery to jewellery, clothing and much more. To satiate the appetites of the visitors, the organisers arranged for lots of food and drinks stalls as well. The visitors were also given a chance to win different prizes including motorbikes, washing machines and other household appliances via lucky draws and various fun activities and games.
